My name is Patty Thongchua. grew up in Thailand where, after school I would walk to my father's restaurant, watching with amazement the art of cooking Thai food in the traditional ways of old Siam. Now, living in San Diego I have established the Asian Bistro / Golden Dragon in Hillcrest, Plumeria Vegetarian in University Heights and Encinitas, as well as SukhoThai Extraordinaire and the Thai-Joint in Normal Heights. And now .. KIIN EXTRAORDINARY THAI is the jewel in the crown.
